But the transfer never start starts. If I mauallly starts the FTP program is list no files to update.
Here is my Internet Propterties settings

Helo,
I think it's not a problem with WSWIN (there everything seems to be all right) but a problem of the settings in hsupload
Please show us a your settings of hs-upload

Hello,
the settings seem to be ok also.
You have written:
If I mauallly starts the FTP program is list no files to update.
Therefore I thought, you have either
set the wrong local path, but your path
c:\programme\WsWin\html
is correct or
you have a mistake with "Unterverzeichnise inkludieren", but this is allright too.
I'm sorry, no idea for the moment.

when I start the HSupload manually it doesnt list any "+" in the left side of the window - meaning that it didnt find any local files that are different from the ones on my www, so I think that WSWIN havent updated my files.
If I open Weather Data link the local webpages isnt updated as well.
I would like it to update every 10 minutes

Hello,
a last idea:
Do not type the path
c:\Programme\WsWin\html
manually in hs-upload, but use the little button to choose the path.
Perhaps there is a hidden mistake in the path

Hello,
then it seems to be another setting in WSWIN, which is missing.
Control
"file - options - parameters" and there must be hooks at
- automatic read out weather data at start
- automatic start of recording at start

I have the "automatic record" ticked, but the "automatic start" is greyed out, see it here

Hello,
that depends from the station which is used. It can be like this, when you get the weather data not from the station but from a file like the history.dat.
A last question, because I fear that I cannot help any longer
- which station do you use?
- does WSWIN get new data (every 10 minutes) automatically?

I have the WS2310 station and its set to save data every hour in the history.dat file.
For info the station is no connected to my PC all the time. I plug it into my PC once every week and it downloads data to the history.dat file. I then start WSWIN and it automatically imports the data.
My wish is then to have station connected to the PC about 10 minutes and then WSWIN should update my custom html files and other pages and then start the HSupload sequence.
WSWIN imports my data correctly, but even if i let the station be connected to the PC WSWIN doesnt update my custom html pages and other graphics etc, so when HSupload starts there are no updated files to upload to my web site.
I hope this makes sense.

Hello,
I think, your problem is the following, if I have understood you correctly:
You have to run both the original software and wswin at the same time.
That means: you start your original software (I think its heavyweather) und you must leave it running.
Then you start WSWIN. WSWIN converts all the data, stored in the history file. From this moment you should run both programms and then, normally, you should get new data every 10 minutes.
I hope, you understand, what I mean. It's no use to stop heavyweather, you must run both programms.

He is running an interval of 1 hour. So he has to wait until the next data set is stored.
At the start WsWin only converts the stored data to the actual files. All files (long time data, week, month, year...) are stored with the first found new data set. In worst case he has to wait 59 minutes plus the storing time of WsWin.
The shortest way is to start first Heavy Weather at least 10min before a new data set is stored. It may take some minutes to get all stored data from the station. After all data are stored by HW, he may start WsWin, wait for the next data set und WsWin having all files updated. If he stops WsWin before the next data set, he will never get all files actual. This should last 15min or so.

That's right. I didn't recognize that.

Just tried your suggestions and it works. WS has to be connected to PC and WSWIN has to running when th PC recieves the next data set from the WS.
Thanks for your patience!
