Very slow read-out [ENG]

Hi,

I'm sorry if this topic doesn't belong here, but I got a problem I want to solve and I thought this was the best way to do it.

My problem is Wswin reads out my station data extreme slowly. When I just booted my PC it's just fine, but during the day the read-out goes slower and slower. In the evening the readout often takes more then 15 minutes to read out several hours of data.

I got a Cresta WXR-815, I've just reset it by taking the batteries out for several minutes, unfortunatly it didn't help. I also installed a clean install of wswin, also that didn't help.

In the statusbar it shows the message: "No data received from the wireless-interface!" during the readout.

I really hope someone can help me with this, it's getting very annoying.

Edit: I can unsterstand german, so it's no problem to reply in german. However I can't talk german back so well.

what I can't understand is this:

Why wireless? Are youe sure that this is the correct word?
Normally I would say, WSWIN has difficulty to get data, because there is a problem with your com-port

It says wireless, I think it has to do something with the sensors, those are wireless.

Sometimes wswin doesnt even gets a connection with my station, it says "cresta wxr-815 not found" in the status bar.

I fear , it's a problem with the USB. I cannot help much there. Perhaps you try to get a new driver.
Wait, perhaps somebody else here is more competent.

Hello,

the reasons for slow reading
- USB cable not ok (maybe to long !!)
- USB port has a problem (Hub !? )
- the station is defective

The software tries on Hardware1 3 seconds and on
Hardware2..4 1.5 seconds to get a answer, after the timeout
the software give up and write
""No data received from the wireless-interface!"
