Importing data

Since 2 months I've got aCresta TE923HW4 with V2.93.17.
Strange things happen when I import the data, on febr 19 no data were imported from 08:50 to 12:05 , the same thing happened on march 19.
The data were on the logger, when I started up a second Pc-Wett and imported the data were there. What is wrong ?

did you stay on the last recorded data (before starting importing)?

... why importing - the program can read out the station direct?

With importing I mean reading out the station direct via the button 'opname starten'.
