Unwanted sound

Hello
Everytime when wswin makes a readout from my station (IROX) it plays a windowssound (ding.wav). Wswin is updating every minute so it plays the sound every minute. Is there a way to turn this off in Wswin?
Regards

@Dan,
that isn't normal.
There must be some reasons for that.
Look in the error-log-file (if activated).
But you can set a option the wswin.cfg file too:
(Wswin not started!!)
... for "InfoBeep=1" and change to "InfoBeep=0"

Turned the beep off in wswin.cfg but it is still beeping.
I don´t know where to look in windows xp to find what is causing the beep, any suggestions?

@Dan,
this is a critical error (Timeout ... 3) - so you can't disable the beep.
Maybe your USB-Connection (cable) makes the problem.
