Rainfall

Beitrag von Meteonoord »

I have a problem with WsWin

If I look at http://www.meteonoord.com ==>Weerstation ==>Aanpassingen ==>Luchtdr./Regen/ET I see the yearly rainfall ad 324,4.
My current gives 254,6.

How is this possible ?

How can I correct this ?

Hello,
I cannot exactly understand, what you mean.
But perhaps do the following:
- stop recording
- now go to "internet - update graphics/tables" an there set a hook at "year file"
- then choose the complete year and press "OK"
Then everything should be correct

Hi Werner,

It didn't work. the results are still the same.

At http://www.meteonoord.com/node/5 you see my yearly rainfall at the moment from 253,6 mm.

My Davis Vantage says 324,6 mm. I can also see it in WsWin and that is correct. In WsWin goto Weather station then to Adjustments and at last to Baro/Rain/ET. Herer I see also year rainfall 324,6.

How is it possible that current shows 253,6 ?

I hope i'm clearly now.

Regards,

Bert

Hello Bert,
yes, I understand now, what you mean.
I fear, you can only do the following:
Control the rainfall of every month of this year in WSWIN and your console. And when there is a difference, you should correct it in WSWIN

Hello Bert,
when there are no values, you can do nothing.
The only way is, to fill in an imaginative value for january and february, so that the total value ist correct.
To do this, you have to export january and february and then fill in rain-values and afterwards you can import again.
Of course this is an unusual way, but when you have no real values, you can only do this.

Hi Werner,

I my export csv voor januari 2009 says :

Datum;;Regen
;;mm

How do I fill it so that I get a rainfall in januari from 32,6 mm.

But is there also a other way ?

Import out WeatherLink or Weatherdisplay ?

I hope there is solution.

Regards and till tomorrow,

Bert

Hello Bert,
But is there also a other way ?
Yes, there is. You didn't tell me before, that you have got also other data.
Of course you can import weatherdisplay-data for example.Go to
"file - import weather data" and there choose "weather-display log-file"
The better way perhaps would be, to konvert the weatherlink-data
"file - converting weather data" and ther choose the weatherlink-file (2009-01.wlk)
