new user with vintagepro and ip datalogger

how can i use my datalogger with wswin?
it uses now com3, but i cannot connect with the datalogger.

Hello,
you cannot get data directly from the IP-Logger with wswin. You have to use what ist called "Dateiüberwachung" with WSWIN.
Only the normal usb-logger or serial logger can be used directly with WSWIN.
