Windows 8.1 64 bits, control panel-installed software

I have here Windows 8.1 64 bits.
I can not find in the control panel /installed software, the Wswin software.
Also Davis weatherlink is missing.
Here something wrong or another problem?

I'm sorry - but really don't understand, what you will say.

Did you simple copy the Wswin folder and make a link to the Wswin-Software?
-> this works
So there is no entry for Wswin at "Installed programs"

I am working already longtime with Windows 8.1 and wswin was all the time installed aand working perfect.
But if i go to the control panel of windows 8.1, Installed programs/software. Normaly you use this to deinstall software programs in Windows.
I see all my installed software like adode reader, flash etc.
But no wswin is there and also weatherlink is missing.
Cumukus and weatherdisplay also shows installed in Windows 8.1

Hope you understand what I mean.

and where is the problem, when you don't see Wswin there?

Uninstall Wswin:
Delete the Wswin folder with the subfolders and Wswin isn't anymore
there.
