Window Popups

Hello guys!

I hope that I can post here in English language too. I have only one problem with WsWin. Everytime is Internet graphics (graphs etc.) generated and WsWin32 is minimized in SystemTray, application automatically popups and very speedly run over all generated images. How can I disable this very disapointing popuping?

Hello,
you cannot disable it but you can do the following:
"Internet - Adjustments - Common" and there set a hook at "not aktuell.gif" and in the right field you choose a time like 30m
Then the automatic popup will be only every 30 minutes. Of course you can disable it completely, but then you will get no "aktuell.gif"
The reason is: to get the aktuell.gif, WSWIN needs to make a hardcopy of the window.

Thank you for your help! I hope that it will be soon fixed even I will use "aktuell.gif" file.

Another question is regarding external FTP application. When I use FTP command from windows or Catfood cftp.exe, evrytime are data uploading to server I get black window from DOS for about 5 seconds. Is it possible to disable it too?

I can't help you there, because it's no WSWIN-Problem and I don't know your ftp-Programm

It's problem. You can make option "run command in minimized / hidden window" or something like this under external FTP setting page. There is no possibility to want this function from FTP client.
