ASH200 wrong humidity

Hi !

When the humidity is falling and reach 44% suddenly my ASH2000 sensor displays only 3% humidity.
Where is the catch?Is something wrong with sensor or the Wswin program makes wrong data??

Hello,
the sensor is, as it is. But you can be sure, that there will be no humidity below 20% in WSWIN
The problem with the sensor itself cannot be solved
