Wswin and Near Real Time file mode : some problems

During these last months, I tried to use the Near Real Time mode of wswin either with WDlive or with a custom flash movie that I have programmed for my site. The NRT mode by itself is working very well, and files are produced every 2-3 seconds, but I have observed that when the NRT mode is activated, the customized html file are not always updated.

I have configured wswin to capture data from my Vantage Pro 2 every 10 minutes and to produce customized html files after every capture.

When NRT mode is not activated, customized html files are produced always every 10 minutes, as expected.

When NRT mode is activated, I am observing random periods during which html files are not updated : for instance, on octobre 23, html files were updated only at the following times : ....... , 9:40, 9:50, 10:00, 10:10, 10:30; 10:40, 10:50, 11:00, 11:30, 12:10, 13:10, 13:30...... no html files updated from 11:00 to 11:30, from 11:30 to 12:10 and from 12:10 to 13:10...

Does anyone has observed similar problems?

Is there any debug mode I can activate to try to understand why html file are not always updated when NRT mode is activated?
