WsWin problem with hourly period

Hallo 
It has it, I I have a problem with WsWin (v. 2.93.2 full): when I choose to visualize the trend graphical on “hour” scale, me it is not possible to insert correctly the hour of beginning and the hour of end.
Whichever number I insert returns always 00. _ _
The same thing happens to me, as an example, under “Stazione meteo---Sensori speciali--->Nuvole”.
I wanted to know: it is a problem of the software or of my computer (use notebook with Windows ME Home).
