WSWIN Vcom port with VirtualVP

My weather computer with Windows 10 pro has been updated to version 1903.
On the weather computer is weatherlink, WSWIN an weatherdisplay installed.
This was Always stabile working on Windows version 1809 with VirtualVP and 64 bits driver from Eterlogic VSPE.
But WSWIN can not connect the Vcom port 16.
That is a virtual comport from com port 3 conected with the Davis Envoy.
Comport 3 is working normal with WSWIN.
Also the other software are working perfect with VVP and TCP/IP connection.
Already deleted the comport3 and reinstalled. Driver updates. Restarted and put the usb cable in. But not WSWIn not connecting with the comport.
And WSWIN is not working with TCP/IP connection.
Somebody with a solution or having the same problem????
