Das Ablesen von COM1 im .NET

Tut jedermann kann die Daten mit .NET Lesen?
Ich muß können die Befehle zum Empfänger schicken.
Wenn auf englisch, viel hilft.

I´m developing a system that reads the information from a PC WS 2000 interface connect on COM1, this system is being created using the .NET plataform, specifically C#.
If anyone had done this already, please, can send me some information to get started?
