datenauslesung wirkt nicht mit cresta wxr815?

Hallo, ich hoffe mein Deutsche sprache ist gut genug.
Ich habe ein problem mit das auslesen von die wetterdatei. Es sagt:es wurde keinen daten von die funk interface empfangen. Unten im fenster steht:TE923 HW4 gefunden.Und USB rechts davon. Ich habe kein firewall aktiviert und die virusscanners sind nicht aktiviert. Wenn ich status Wetterstation klicke, sieht man die aktueles wertes. Aber wenn ich auf wetterdaten auslesen drucke, beginnt es von ein fremdes date 10/5/06 uhr 0.10 zu rechnen. Und dann sieht man nichts. Nur auf jedem 10 tag von ein monat sieht man wenige wertes, ich glaube es ist ein total. Wass kann ich nochmal probieren?
Wenn ich die demo hatte wirkt es, mit diesem station. Aber vielleicht sind einige werten im das memory gespeichert und wollte es darum nicht wirken?

Du solltest mal kontrollieren, ob die Pc-Zeit und die Zeit der Wetterstation stimmen. Wenn nicht, gibt es zwangsläufig Probleme.

Die zeit stimmt mit dem computerzeit.

kann auf eine fehlerhafte Wetterstation hindeuten.

Du kannst folgendes Versuchen:

1. die Station in der Fabrikzustand bringen (siehe Handbuch)
2. sofort danach die Uhrzeit stellen
3. die Standorthöhe vorgeben
4. die Standortkoordinaten eingeben

3 und 4 kann man über die Software machen (bei Deiner HW4)

Interessant wäre, was beim Status unter "Console" angezeigt wird.

I have the same problem as here described. The non-registered version showed weather results However when I updated to the registerd version. No dat was shown. Reading data was from 10-10-06 an empty record. I have tried to install the trial version again...unfortunately no results.

that can't be a problem of the registered version (or the non-registered version).

Meanwhile I heard from some Czech user (they also have a Cresta WXR-815 station modell) with problems: wrong date/time, no data.

But the last reporting from this user was:

I'm back with some news. I did factory reset and after that station started to save normal dates. Import from records.txt works and direct data loading from station as well in PC-Wetterstation (so far, I wonder how it will be tomorrow).

I am having the same problem with my Cresta WXR815 weatherstation. Only after I do a complete reset (Snooze + Arrow Up, Display blinks, Set, Weatherstation begins beeping ...., take out batteries for 20 seconds) the weatherstation works againg for some days , even weeks.

I have sent back my weatherstation to be repaired but they only put in a new display. I will have to sent it back a second time now, but I am waiting until the weatherstation is in a bad state.

I will keep you informed when this happens, but it could take some weeks.

I searched for the Factory reset, which was not in my user guide. (Just a battery disconnect is not a full reset) Has been found in the "HELP" of the standard software, Weather Capture.
The complete description is as following:

Press & hold [SNOOZE] and then [UP] for 4sec.

- Backlight is flashing.

- Press [SET] to start erase.

- "BEEP"<1sec>,"BEEP"<1sec>,...... until the end.

- Go back as usual.

- Uninstall the batteries (or disconnect power)

- Wait 10 seconds, Re-install the batteries

- Clear memory procedure finished.


In my case it works fine...however, I had to do this 2 times...and are wating until this is steady.
