Greetings
I have just purchased and installed WsWin32 and need some help with the speech file creation. I have Windows XP/SP2 and I installed the SAPI4 Engine. I can hear the audio and a file called ws_createwav.wav is generated however it has 0 data in it and is locked.
Please help

the file "ws_createwav.wav" is a temporary file, because it lasts some time, until the speechfile is ready. Normally, when the creation of the speech file is finished, it will be named to ws_speech.wav and the "ws_createwav.wav" should be deleted automatically.
Therefore: When you create the speech-file, wait for some time, until it is finished and you will find the ws_speech.wav

Now that I have all the bugs worked out of my configuration I must say that WsWin is a very good addition to Weatherlink, Congrads to the team that wrote this program. I still use Virtual Weather Station as the primary software and update Weatherlink every hour. WsWin then starts every hour and updates from the Weatherlink data file to generate a full plate of reports to share with the world.
