WDL and wswin : bad charset for Vantage forecast text

Hello,
I am using WDL 5.01 with the lastest ws_clientraw*.txt files, ans wswin is configured with the french language.
I have observed that for the Vantage forecast, all accentuated characaters (such as "é") are not displayed properly (they are displayed as square) in WDLIVE (see http://lacombe.dyndns.org/webcam/index.html).

Is is possible to change the charset used for localized forecast text in wswin so that this text is compatible with WDL?

this is a question for the author of WDLive.
WsWin passes only the text to WDLive.
